Oneye works with any IP camera that exposes an RTSP stream — the standard for almost every surveillance camera installed in the last ten years. If your camera has a network address, it is very likely compatible. Not sure? Send us the model reference: we reply the same day.

About 30 minutes for a first camera: connect the RTSP feed, draw your hazard zone on the image, choose who receives the alerts. Our step-by-step guide covers the common brands, and support is there if you need it.

Without a connection, the feeds stop coming through and detection is suspended: Oneye notifies you that a camera is offline so you can switch back to human vigilance. For sites where continuity is critical, the Enterprise plan offers an on-premise deployment that runs on your local network.

Today: hard hats, hi-vis vests and safety glasses. Each zone can have its own rules — hard hat only on the press zone, hard hat and vest on the loading dock, for example. Other equipment is under consideration: tell us what your shop floor needs.

Oneye was designed precisely for this constraint. The system processes no biometric data, identifies nobody and records no images: it checks that a silhouette is wearing its equipment, then purges the analysis. You remain responsible for informing your teams that cameras are present, as with any existing video surveillance. Our article on the CNIL rules details the framework.

No, never. Analysis happens on the fly on the stream: each frame is processed and destroyed within a second. There is no recording to view, replay or leak. Any existing recordings you have (NVR) remain independent of Oneye and under your responsibility.

An Oneye alert contains neither an image nor an identity: “press zone, 2:02 pm, hard hat missing”. It exists to correct a dangerous situation in the moment, not to build a file. The system is deliberately incapable of saying who was involved — that's a design choice, not an option.

Oneye creates no personal data, which radically simplifies your compliance. Your existing cameras, however, remain subject to the usual video-surveillance rules (information, records, retention periods). We provide a description sheet of the processing to add to your documentation.

Yes. One camera, one zone, hard hat detection and email alerts, with no time limit and no credit card. It's our way of letting you check that it works on your site before you pay anything.

Per connected camera, per month: €39 monthly, €31 annually (−20%). No cost per alert, per zone or per user — and above all not per person detected, since we don't detect anyone.

The monthly Pro plan has no commitment: add or remove cameras whenever you like, and go back to the Starter plan at any time. The annual plan is billed upfront with a 20% discount.

It is being designed with pilot facilities. The principle is the same as for PPE: Oneye recognises an event — the fall — without identifying the person or keeping any image. If you run a residence and the subject speaks to you, discover the pilot programme.
