Frequently asked questions
Before you get started
Oneye works with any IP camera that exposes an RTSP stream — the standard for almost every surveillance camera installed in the last ten years. If your camera has a network address, it is very likely compatible. Not sure? Send us the model reference: we reply the same day.
Oneye was designed precisely for this constraint. The system processes no biometric data, identifies nobody and records no images: it checks that a silhouette is wearing its equipment, then purges the analysis. You remain responsible for informing your teams that cameras are present, as with any existing video surveillance.
The designated supervisor receives a message stating the zone, the time and the missing equipment — for example “Press zone, 2:02 pm, hard hat missing”. No image and no identity: just the information needed to go and check on site.
Yes. One camera, one zone, hard hat detection and email alerts, with no time limit and no credit card. It's our way of letting you check that it works on your site before you pay anything.
The monthly Pro plan has no commitment: add or remove cameras whenever you like, and go back to the Starter plan at any time. The annual plan is billed upfront with a 20% discount.
The Pro plan is set up remotely in half an hour with our guide, and support is there if you need it. For multi-site or on-premise deployments, the Enterprise plan includes full onboarding — write to us at contact@oneye.fr.
